Chino. [目的]探讨海藻微生物肥料最佳施肥量,为海藻微生物肥料在农业生产中的应用提供科学依据。[方法]在实验室条件下研究了海藻微生物肥料不同施肥量(5、15、45、135 kg/hm2)对小麦苗长、苗干重、根长及叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]当施肥量为15 kg/hm2时,小麦幼苗的苗长、苗干重、根长及叶绿素含量均达到最大值。[结论]适量的海藻微生物肥料对小麦的生长具有明显的促进作用。

[Objective] The theoretic basis of the application of the seaweed microbial fertilizer(SMF) in agricultural production was provided through the experiment in the its best fertilization amount. [Method] The effect of the different applying amounts of SMF on the height and the dry weight of wheat seedling, the length of root and the content of chlorophyll was studied in laboratory. [Results] The growth parameters such as the height and the dry weight of wheat seedling, the length of root and the content of chlorophyll reached the maximum at 15 kg/hm2 of SMF. [Conclusion] The reasonable application of SMF could significantly promote the wheat seedling growth._
