Chino. [目的]测定红河野生金雀花中金属元素含量。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收法同时测定金雀花中Co、Zn、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Fe、Cd 8种金属元素的含量。[结果]金雀花中含有丰富的金属元素,尤以Fe和Zn等元素的含量较高,未检测出Cr元素,其金属元素含量由高到低顺序为Fe>Zn>Cu>Ni>Co>Pb>Cd>Cr。[结论]金雀花具有较高的营养价值,这为其更好地利用提供了科学依据。

[Method] Contents of eight metal elements like Co, Zn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Fe and Cd in Caragana sinica were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [Result] Caragana sinica were rich in metal elements, and the content order of eight elements were determined to be Fe> Zn >Cu> Ni >Co> Pb >Cd >Cr. Cr was not detected. [Conclusion] Caragana sinica possessed high nutrient value and this work provided scientific basis for better application of Caragana sinica.__
