Preparation of hybrid oilseed rape cultivars requires A, B and R lines. Total 47 lines of winter male sterility in different backcrossing generations with their relevant B lines were grown in 2008-2009 in Karaj. Also for production new A and B lines from advanced lines and new genotypes, crossing between these lines was done with cytoplasmic male sterility sources. During the flowering a plant in each B lines selfed and simultaneously was backcrossed with Cytoplasmic male sterility A lines. Accordingly simultaneously single restorer plant with the specific gene were grown for more genetic purity. Total 31 winter genotypes in BC6F1, 2 genotypes in BC4F1 stage and 12 genotypes in BC3F1 were prepared. Also 85 restorer lines were prepared. During the farming season all Agronomic Traits such as days to start flowering, end of flowering, plant height, number of seeds per pod, number of pods on main stem, number of branches, total pods per plant, maturity were recorded.
