Improvement of macronutrient fertilizer use efficiencies and S & Mg role in increasing the yield and quality of wheat

Nitrogen is the most important nutrient for wheat growth and account as primary nutrient for plants.Time and amount o N application is an important factor that need for plant requirement enhancing; the chlorophyll meter is a new device which can help the farmer to recommend the nitrogen fertilizer rapidly. In order to this purpose, three experiments have conducted in three provinces. In Tehran, this experiment has conducted in a completely randomized design with six different treatments (0, 50,100,150, 200 and 250 kg/ha) in nine replications. Plant samplings were done from the early growth stages up to harvesting time with a two week intervals.The chlorophyll meter reading was collected during the wheat growth. The results revealed that N application had significant effect on the chlorophyll content of leaves. The critical value of chlorophyll meter reading In gazvin, treatments were as followed: Nitrogen levels from urea fertilizer (0, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 Kg/ha). This project was conducted in Randomized complete block design in 3 replications in 2 locations for 2 years. Colorophill meter number in this project was 45. Amounts of nutrition side dress from nitrogen for wheat based on this number. Results in the first year showed: nitrogen fertilizer factor is significant on yield of grain. (1%) and concentration nitrate soil (in (5%). Maximum yield was got from N250 .It was 6793 kg/ha vs control (5546 kg/ha). In the second year maximum yield were got from N100.It was 6055 kg/ha vs control (5802kg/ha).In Lorestan: The statistic design was used RCBD with 6 treatments (N0, N100, N150, N200, N250, N300 kg.ha-1) in 3 replication. The results of variance analysis showed that in first year experiment, grain yield, W1000 and grain protein indexes were affected by nitrogen fertilizer rates but in comparison with control treatment in experiments, were not affected of Biological and straw yield. Also, the use of cholorophyll meter set was caused of thrift economical in estimating rates second top dressing nitrogen fertilizer in, N100, N200, N250, N300 treatments without decreas production.
