Downey mildew caused by Psedoperonospora cubensis is one of the most important disease of cucumber in greenhouses and farms. Chemical control is an efficient way to reduce the severity of disease. In an experiment conducted as randomized block design, the efficacy of fungicides Agrifos 400 at 0.004 and 0.005, Acrobat 69%WP at0.002 and 0.003,Equation pro G at 200 and 400 gr/ha,Ridomil Gold Plus 42.5% WP at 4 and 5 kg/ha, Daconil 720 SC at 2 and 3 lit/ha,Ridomil-MZ72% WP at 1.5 and 2kg/ha, Infinito 687.5SC at 1 and1.5 lit/ha, Revus 250 SC at 0.05 and 0.06 and control treatment without spraying were studied against downey mildew of cucumber in Khouzestan, Sistan and Tehran provinces. The fungicides were sprayed at starting symptoms of disease ,and then the disease severity was recorded when the disease severity in the control was 90%.The results indicated that there was significant difference between treatments based on disease severity. Generally ,the results of farm and greenhouse expriments showed that the best resultes obtained from treatments : Acrobat 69%WP 0.003 , Equation pro G 400 gr/ha and Daconil 720 SC 3 lit/ha ,respectively.Based on results of greenhouse trial Infinito 687.5SC 1.5 lit/ha and Revus 250 SC 0.0006 situated in sequential levels for efficacy.
