microspore culture is an effective strategy in rapeseed breeding program. In order to eva1uation and characterization of important agronomy, morphological and botanical traits and seed production, 43 pure lines derived ftom microspore culture were planted in seed and plant improvement institute's field. All important agronomy traits including start of qud formation, start of flowering, end of flowering, number of branches, plant height, number of seed per pod, nwnber of pod in main stem, number of pod in plant and maturing time were recorded during growth period. Also in flowering stage, each line was selfed for seed increasing. The doubled haploid lines were very variable for the mostly traits. Pure seeds were provided ftom each line. These lines were hundred percent pure due to producing ftom microspore culture. The lines will plant in different regions for more studies.
