According to genetic rules, segregating of adjectives begin in population of F2 and will continue to several next generations, till in heritable adjectives get to genetical purity. For managing the generations which are segregating, and guiding generations to the next generations, F2-F4 generation by modified bulk method and F5-F6 generations by pedigree method have been used. In this research 106 population of F2 from Karaj station, 64 numbers of F30, 30 generations or numbers of F4, 147 numbers of F5 and 179 numbers of pwsn-salt have been planted and evaluated in the land with saline soil and water (EC(water)=10,4 ds/m and EC(soil)= 12,40 ds/m). In each plot selected spikes were gained from segregating generations (F2-F4) and after being mixed were planted and evaluated . From selected single plant of F5-F6 generations each one was planted in two rows of four meters by pedigree method. In this method, selection criteria for single spikes and single bush have been having agricultural adjectives which consist of: plant height of spikes, length of spikes, resistant shattering, uniformly, early maturity.
