Amount of lignocellulose, cell wall, gross energy and dry matter disappearance of paragrass incubated in rumen for 6 hr. were increased when cutting interval was increased. But protein, UVDMD, dry matter disappearance for 24 hr., inorganic matter, potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn) and iron (Fe) contents were decreased with increasing cutting interval (p<0.05). Calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and copper (Cu) content in paragrass were not different at all cutting interval. Protein contents, IVDMD, dry matter disappearance when incubated in rumen for 2 hr. and 6 hr., and inorganic matter of legumes were decreased but lignocellulose, cell wall, gross energy and dry matter disappearance for 24 hr. were increased when cutting interval increased. Soluble protein of legumes were not different at all cutting intervals. The contents of P, K and Fe of Verano stylo were highest at 45-d. cutting interval but Ca was highest at 60-d. cutting interval. Zn and Fe of Schofield stylo were highest at 30-d. cutting interval but K and Cu were highest at 45-d. cutting interval. The amount of Ca, K, Mn, Fe and Cu of Siratro were highest at 45-d. cutting interval. Protein contents of paragrass alone was lower than paragrass/legume pastures at all cutting intervals (p<0.05). The protein content of paragrass for paragrass/Siratro was highest (p<0.05). The protein content of paragrass for paragrass/Siratro was highest (p<0.05).
