Organische Duengung und Gehalt an B-Vitaminen in Pflanzen.
1994
Mozafar A.
The literature shows that plants grown with organic fertilizers often contain higher concentrations of vitamins B and B12, as compared with plants grown with chemical fertilizers. Since plant roots were recently shown to be able to absorb vitamins B and B12, it was thus suspected that organic fertilizers (such as manure of diverse sources which often contain relatively hich concentrations of vitamins) introduce additional vitamins into the soil which in turn leads to increase vitamins in the plants.
