The morphological symptoms of mummy disease of cultivated mushrooms, Agaricus bisporus (Lange) Imbach with ultrastructure of hyphae analyzed in scanning microscope were presented. The general number of bacteria determined on diseased sporophores, taking consideration of its homogenization and surface disinfection indicates the bacteria were freeing from internal of the hyphae.
