The results show that there is a relationship between the yield and trunk cross-section area in the case of Schattenmorelle and also between the yield and the number of annual growth in that of both cultivars. The trunk cross-section area and the total cross-section area of primary branches are closely related to one another. Furthemore, a relation between the number of one-year shoots and their total length was found.
