Effect of mineral fertilization with a varying N:P:K ratio and of an addition of microelements on the content of amino acids in the green mass of rye.
1985
Mazur K. | Mazur T.
In two experiments situated on adjacent fields the rye was grown as a winter aftercrop in the first and third years of four-year rotation. The content of nitrogen and 16 amino acids was determined in the green mass. Three doses of nitrogen were given and two doses of phosphorus and potassium (40, 80 and 160 kg N; 26 and 39 kg P; 83 and 124 kg K per ha exp(-1)). The ratio N:P:K in the fertilizer dose oscillated within 1:0.16:0.52 and 1:0.65:2.1. The content of nitrogen and amino acids depended on the fertilizer dose and the ratio of components and on weather conditions during the experiment.
