Robles A.Y. | Aycocho I.O.
Based on the results, monthly live-weight, final weights, total gain and average daily gain were not significantly different between the tethered and untethered animal. Likewise, initial, final and gain in height, bodylength and heart girth were not significantly different between treatment. Tethered animals consumed less concentrate compared to untethered animals (107 vs. 203.92 kgs.). Results of the egg counting showed that the average number of coccidial and strongyle eggs present in the feces were lesser in tethered than in untethered.
