The findings were: 1. Most of the local F.F.T. advisors obtained higher teaching certificate level; 2. The information and knowledge about the F.F.T. given to the students prior to the launching program were from the agricultural teachers, instructors, and supervisors. 3. The problems encountered with the launching of the F.F.T. organization were the inadequacy of advisors, the overwhelming teaching load, the uncertainty and discontinuance of school policy, the lack of understanding about the F.F.T. principles and objectives on the part of the administrators, and the lack of budgetary support.
