This Law regulates putting drugs into turnover. According to the Law drugs are products which are scientificaly and legally proved to be used for human beings or animals in certain quantity and in certain way, for discovering, preventing and curing deseases, or attaining other medically goals. Federal governmental agency for veterinary medicine is under the jurisdiction of Federal agency for drugs used in veterinary medicine. Organizations of associated labour which produce, import and put drugs into turnover, or investigate drugs, has to fulfil special conditions predicted by this Law. Every drug which is put into turnover has to be marked according to this Law regulations. Drugs are under obligatory qualitative and quantitative content control in the process of its production and turnover. Organizations of associated labour and other organizations and communities, or federal agencies which are in connection to turnover of drugs have to provide conditions for drugs not to be qualitatively changed or misused. The permission of competent federal governmental agency is necessary for putting new drugs into turnover. Organizations of associated labour which produce or import drugs conduct the permanent control of every series of produced, or imported drug. Drug advertising is not permitted. Fines are fixed by this Law for commited violations in production and turnover of drugs.
