The mature eggs, species Lithocolletis blancardella F. are elliptical in the oviduct. A small number of eggs is almost round. The chorion is colourless and transparent. A number of recesses is formed on it. The length of eggs ranges from 308 and 432 micro metres and width ranges from 270 to 355 micro metres. L. blancardella has a polypod larva-caterpillar. The development of a larva is in 5 stages. The paper provides a detailed description of larvae at all stages. Larva is the only harmful development stage. Pupa of L. blancardella is semi-covered (Pupa incomplata). The size of the larva differs in relation to the generation. Pupa's pigment varies from wax-yellow to dark black.
