Majority of the administrators and field extension agents were male, trained as teachers at the undergraduate level, had no major problem in dealing with any local dialect and found to be satisfied with their job responsibility. The results of the study were as follows: Administrators had an average age of 40 years and official work experience of 15.5 years. About 54 percent of these officers obtained additional training on media for population education followed by slide production and teaching media. Field extension agents were male with the average age of 30.1 years and official work experience of 8 years. About 20 percent of the officers obtained additional training on radio programming needed for out-off school education followed by media utilization needed for population education. Characteristics of information services types and sources; problems, knowledge needed of; and appropriate methods and suggestions for media utilization were discussed.
