Extracts exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against tested cancer cell lines. Methanol extract showed no cytotoxicity against PMBC, so its effect could be considered selective. Methanol extract possessed substantial antioxidant activity and detected phenolic compounds are reponsible for this effect.
