Company management is one of basic functions of planning and development of companies and products. The goal of every good company is to achieve a technological competitiveness on market, realized by constant need for development of new products and conquering new markets. In general, management means continuous effect of management actions by which affect on the system parameters and transfer the system from one state to another. Production management represent planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of all phases of product development. Product development is related to definition of input and output elements in projection and development, verification, development valuation, changes managing and process execution. The paper deals with process of product creating management as a system with appropriate structure and components, that have some function in their environment and in them some changes occur that have states, characteristics and forms of system existence and its environment.
