This paper shows the analysis of changes in the number of revolutions of screw press, gap between the screw press and press head, and diameter of ring opening (blender) that affect the press operation, amount of filtered oil and content of impurities occurring in the process of sunflower oil filtration. It was determined that the proper choice of operating parameters can have positive influence on technical and technological characteristics of the press.
