The process of rooting cuttings of ripe blackberries (Rubus sp.) were used phytohormones indole – butyric acid (IBA) and alpha – naphthalene acetic acid (NAA). This paper presents the results of the effect of phytohormones in three varieties of blackberries: Black Satin, Čačanska Bestrna and Darou. The influence of phytohormone is different. Cv has the highest percentage of rooting cuttings, the highest shoot length and root length rooting cuttings, while in the variety Darou these indicators are the lowest. Rooting was in the cultivars that were treated with 3000 ppm solution of IBA, then the varieties treated with 0.3% NAA, while the lowest was rooting in untreated cuttings. The use of phytohormones NAA and IBA showed reasonable effect the process of rooting cuttings of ripe blackberries. This method using phytohormones and planting in containers can be achieved by reducing the time getting ready with two plants in one year. This creates a new perspective in this production and the seedlings can be planted any time of year.
