Rational potato production location and introduction of resource-saving technologies in the potato production subcomplex | Рациональное размещение производства картофеля и внедрение ресурсосберегающих технологий в картофелепродуктовом подкомплексе

Inglés. The article considers the prospects for the production and sale of potato and potato products, directions of increasing competitiveness of the potato farms and cooperatives. The highest yields and the gross yield of potato in all categories of farms of the 7 federal districts of the RF on the average for 2008 - 2009, were observed in the Privolzhsky (the Volga federal district) - 8,7 million tons, and the Central (central federal district) - 8.2 million tons of federal districts - the main suppliers of potato products on the internal and external markets, in which the 56,3% of tubers is produced from the total in the country (30 million ton). The greatest specific weight of the industrial planting of potatoes in the agricultural organizations (OCW) and private (peasant) farms (collective Farms) Moscow region – 36.5%, Chuvash Republic - 33.7%, the Tula region - 31%. The highest yields of potatoes in the average for 2008-2009 (in centner pro ha) - in OCW the Bryansk region - 263 and Farm - 251. High yields of farmers Ryazan (240), Kaluga (230) regions, Chuvash (198), and Udmurtia (183). Republics exceeded the average yield of potatoes in the OCW. The lowest total cost on average for 2008 - 2009 was in the OCW and to the Farmers of the Bryansk region -3,1 rubles/kg, Ryazan and Nizhny Novgorod regions (3.6), Chuvash (3.7) and Udmurtia (3.9) Republics. The highest level of profitability from sales of potatoes in 2008 - 2009 have OCW Kaluga- 83,1% and Ryazan (81.3) regions. Chuvash (64.7). and Udmurtia (60.0%) of the Republics. The greatest quantity of potatoes and their processed products can be supplied by the Chuvash Republic (the excess of the over consumption of tubers by 7.1 times). the Republic of Tatarstan (5.8). Bryansk (4.2) and Tula (3.3) region. Udmurt Republic (3.3) and others. In storage of potatoes, in addition to washing, filling and packaging of food potatoes, easy to establish peeling of washed tubers and their vacuum packaging for the retail trade and public catering enterprises, it is easy to organize manufacturing of chips, French fries and other various types of semi-finished and ready-to-use potato products. There is a necessity of a radical structural and technological restructuring of the potato products industry of the agroindustrial complex of the RF including the old unproductive system of variety seed production.

Ruso. Рассмотрены перспективы производства и реализации картофеля и картофелепродуктов, направления повышения конкурентоспособности картофелеводческих хозяйств и кооперативов. Самые высокие урожаи и валовые сборы картофеля из 7 федеральных округов РФ в среднем за 2008 - 2009 гг. отмечены в Приволжском (ПФО) - 8,7 млн. т и Центральном (ЦФО) - 8,2 млн. т федеральных округах, в которых производится 56,3% клубней от всего объёма в стране (30 млн. т). Наибольший удельный вес промышленных посадок картофеля наблюдается в сельхозорганизациях (СХО) и крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйствах (К(Ф)Х) Московской обл. - 36,5%, Чувашской Республики - 33,7%, Тульской обл. - 31 %. Самые высокие урожаи картофеля в среднем за 2008-2009 гг. ( в ц/га) - в СХО Брянской обл.-263 и КФХ-251. Высокие урожаи фермеров Рязанской (240), Калужской (230) областей, Чувашской (198 ц/ га) и Удмуртской (183) Республик превысили среднюю урожайность картофеля в СХО. Наименьшая полная себестоимость в среднем за 2008 - 2009 гг. была в СХО и в К(Ф)Х Брянской обл. - 3,1 руб./кг, Рязанской и Нижегородской областей - 3,6 руб/кг, Чувашской (3,7) и Удмуртской (3,9) Республик. Наивысший уровень рентабельности от реализации картофеля в 2008 - 2009 гг. имели СХО Калужской - 83,1 % и Рязанской (81,3) областей, Чувашской (64,7) и Удмуртской (60,0%) Республик. Наибольшее количество картофеля и продуктов его переработки могут поставить Чувашская Республика (превышение над потреблением клубней в 7,1 раз), Республика Татарстан (5,8), Брянская (4,2) и Тульская (3,3) обл., Удмуртская Республика (3,3) и другие. В картофелехранилищах, помимо мойки, фасовки и упаковки продовольственного картофеля, легко наладить очистку мытых клубней и их вакуумную упаковку, несложно организовать изготовление чипсов, картофеля-фри и других различных видов полуфабрикатов и готовых к употреблению картофелепродуктов. Назрела необходимость коренной структурной и технологической перестройки работы картофелепродуктового подкомплекса АПК РФ.
