The article deals with the problematic of influence of forest stands accessing quality to transportation forest biomass for energy purposes. Quality of accessing is described with basic characteristics of road system effectivity in classified forest stands according to technological optimum for forest multioperational production systems and sources of overground forest biomass. Result from analysis is, that 70% of classified forest stands are available, and average hauling distance to the biggest potential customer is 23 km.
