Inglés. Aflatoxins are basicly, a group of mycotoxins produced by A.flavus and A.parasiticus types of fungi. There are 18 known forms of Aflatoxin. B1, B2, G1 and G2 forms in agricultural material, and M1 form in milk are important. The only source of Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in milk is Aflatoxin B1 that comes with the feed.

Bilinen 18 formu olmakla birlikte tarımsal ürünlerde aflatoksin B1, B2, G1 ve G2 formları sütte aflatoksin M1 formu önemlidir. Sütte aflatoksin M1 in tek kaynağı yemle alınan aflatoksindir.
