Four Bulgarian and five introduction rice varieties were investigated. It was analyzed the crude protein content and lysin one and biological value of protein. It was established the reaction of estimated varieties toward some pathogens of Fusarium spp. in conditions of natural and artificial inoculation. The received results are important for the breeding resistant programs and development of new rice varieties with higher quality of the grain.
