Efeito da Salinidade em Características Físico-Hídricas em Solos Salino-Sodilizados no Perímetro Irrigado Jabiberi-SE

The irrigated perimeter Jabiberi, located in the municipal district of Tobias Barreto - SE, with total area of 362 ha, is operated by gravity and it uses the irrigation method for furrow, present problems with salinization in several lots. The present work had for objective to verify through chemical and hydro-physical analyses of the soil the degree salinization in two lots of the perimeter, that come in salinization process. The results indicated that there is great amount of silt in the soil and that the global density rises with the depth in the profile, as well as the values of Basic Infiltration Velocity (BIV) and Ko suffered reduction in the areas in that electrical conductivity (EC) presented larger values. It is possible to infer that Fluvic Entisol, that occupies most of the lots of the perimeter, in those lots is in salinization process, presenting in some points values of CE four times superior to the limit for to classify soils as saline.
