The influence of agricultural conditions of Belarus on high yield and corn quality of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) of bakery purpose is analyzed in the article. In course of the study there were analysed statistical data of yielding capacity of cereal crops which were on the state crop variety testing, as well as the content of protein and gluten in grain of soft wheat according to the data of the state variety testing. It is found, that the average temperature of June and July in Belarus and modern wheat sorts do not allow to receive wheat seeds which contain protein as in strong wheat. Light, temperature conditions and moisture supply of a winter wheat crops allow receiving high yields of grain an average on quality everywhere in Belarus at a level of 60-90 centner/hectare. Optimum soil-climatic conditions for growth of the winter wheat, providing high quality grains, are observed in southern and central areas of the republic. The authors suggest to create new sorts of this culture which can provide the content of 13-14% of protein, 28-30% of gluten of the first and second quality group in seed in view of climatic conditions of territory of its division into districts and to introduce intensive technologies of cultivation.
