In course of the research there was studied the influence of vaccine-challenged immunostimulants (nuclevit, alveosan) on morphology of the immune system of the chickens vaccinated against Gumboro disease. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of the research it was revealed that immunization of chickens by a domestic virus-vaccine from strain KMIEV-13 against Gumboro disease (developed in the Vyshelesskij Institute of Experimental Veterinary (Vitebsk)) promoted development in peripheral blood and bodies of immune system of the characteristic immuno-morphological changes, which shown by statistically authentic increase in comparison with the control of quantity of leukocytes and thrombocytes, the absolute and relative content of T- and B-lymphocytes, rich ribonucleic acid, strengthening bone-marrow hemopoiesis and pseudoeosinophil phagocytal activity, expansion of cortical and brain matter of thymus segments and lymphoid nodules in Bursa Fabricius, increase in number and the sizes of lymphoid nodules in a spleen, activization of dominate and plasmocytic reactions in peripheral bodies of immunity. Thus placentin and nuclevit had the expressed stimulating effect on a course of immunomorphologic reactions at the vaccinated birds. Besides, under influence immunostimulants in serum blood of immunized chickens there was an authentic increase in the content of crude protein, albumen and globulin.
