In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented the results of the study of the influence of a new polymer – poly-N,N-dimethyl-3,4-dimethylenpyrroldine chloride on the content of watersoluble form of lead in soil. The content of lead in the most available for plants form was reduced in more than 2 times after using of the polymer. Also there was studied the influence of the ratio between the polymer and the 'crosslinker' on the content of water-soluble form of lead in the soil. With increasing doses of the polymer higher than 10 mg / kg there was marked the reduction of its efficacy. Maximum effectiveness of the polymer was observed at a ratio of 10 parts of polymer per 1 mol of the 'crosslinker'.
