In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were determined compensatory-adaptive and regenerative processes in cytological structures of abomasus of newborns calves with alimentary dyspepsia. For carrying out of studied there were used abomasus of calves which fell as a result of alimentary dyspepsia. The selection of samples took place not later than 10-15 minutes after calf mortality. As a result of researches it has been established that adaptive-compensatory reorganisations at abomasus were accompanied by mass infiltration of a mucous membrane by leukocytes of various degree of a maturity that provided its antimicrobial resistance. Also they were characterized by a reduction of a capillary channel, distance increase between glands and capillaries, occurrence in basialis to a fibril membrane, number increase of microfilaments in endotheliocytes, activization endo- and exocytosis in intercellular space.
