Effect of three kinds of Chinese herb compound on the quality of rabbit sperm and spermatozoa | 3种中草药方剂对家兔精液及精子品质的影响

Chino. 研究3种中草药方剂对家兔精液和精子品质的影响。选取8～10月龄新西兰雄兔共40只，随机分为A、B、C 3个试验组和1个对照组，每组10只，3个试验组对应饲喂添加A、B、C 3种不同中草药方剂的日粮，剂量均为10 g/（只•d），连续用药20 d，于用药7 d和停药20 d后采集家兔精液，检测中草药方剂对家兔精液和精子品质的影响。用药7 d后，试验组家兔的射精量、精子密度和精子活率极显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)，且A组极显著高于B组和C组(P＜0.01)；停药20 d后，试验组家兔的射精量、精子密度、精子活率接近对照组水平，两者之间无显著差异(P＞0.05)；试验组家兔的精子顶体完整率、质膜完整率、染色质正常率在组间和组内差异均不显著(P＞0.05)。3种中草药方剂在用药期内均可显著提高家兔的精液品质，其中方剂A在家兔生产中具有推广应用价值。

Inglés. This work explored the effects of 3 Chinese herb compounds on qualities of rabbit semen and spermatozoa. 40 New Zealand male rabbits with ages of 8-10 months were randomly divided into treatment group A, B, C and a control group (10 rabbits in each group). The treatment groups were continuously feed with diets mixed with different Chinese herb compounds (10 g/per•day) for 20 days. The rabbit semen was collected at 7th day after the start of treatment and 20th day after stopping treatment to explore the effects of Chinese herb compounds on qualities of rabbit semen and spermatozoa. 7 days after start of treatment, the sperm volume, sperm density, and sperm motility of treatment groups were better than that of the control group (P＜0.01), and group A was better than group B and group C (P＜0.01). 20 days after stopping treatment, the sperm volume, sperm density, and sperm motility of the treated rabbits decreased to the levels of the rabbits of control group, and there was no difference between treatment groups and control group (P＞0.05). The ratio of spermatozoa with intact acrosome, the ratio of spermatozoa with normal plasma membrane and the ratio of spermatozoa with normal chromatin exhibited no difference not only between treatment groups and control group but also among treatment groups (P＞0.05). All the 3 Chinese herb compounds can greatly improve the rabbit semen qualities during treatment, and Chinese herb compound A has great potential to be widely used in rabbit production.
