This study aimed to the use of a micro-training a training method for farmers from the new graduates in the producing compost (organic fertilizer) using farm residues by identifying the quality of the available farm residues which they have and use, and determining the level of knowledge of the benefits of compost, and how producing compost, and it determine their execution compost and readiness of refuses to execute, it determine the relationship between their knowledge level concerning techniques of the benefits of compost and how to produce, the executive and the willingness of refuses executive compost of those execution the technology, as depend variable(comast) and some independent variables, and establish a training program to help farmers to produce organic fertilizer from farm waste, The data were collected during February and March 2009 using the interview questionnaire to a random sample of personal strength at (2ã0) from the village of (Ulla), and the village of Shuayb in Nobaria region, were dealt with quantitative data used in the presentation and means standard deviation, frequencies percentages and correlation coffin.The results are as follows: that animal-waste is the most available farm residues to the respondents where all respondents are concentrated mostly in the use of added soil in the from of fertilizer, but my incomplete decomposition, and have big families or vegetables to tree pruning ( 81.8%) of the respondents, and is used mainly as feed for livestock without any treatment, and have built in the beans ( 42.7%) of respondents are used as food for livestock and add fertilizer to the soil directly , without any treatment, available to the rice straw (35.9%) and the majority of respondents used as fuel or as feed for livestock without any address, or putting under the animals , and add directly to the soil without any treatment and, finally, that the production of organic manure , and firewood is available to corn (77.3%) is cocentrated in the use of direct feeding to animals,brush for animals, fuel, organic fertilizer, fertilizer directly to the soil.There are wood with cotton (15.5) of respondents ,and is used as fuel, organic fertilizer, and fertilizer directly to the soil brush the animals.The results showed that (50.91%) and (35.45%) of the respondents, their knowledge of the benefits of organic manure and farm residues from the production of low and average, respectively, and (20%) of respondents who produce organic fertilizer, and (65.5%) of refuses executive compost their ready willing executive compost, and the results showed that there is a correlation between some of the factors and the independent variables of the knowledge level and operational (execution compost) level , and ready for willing executive compost , and link different factors values according to different variables studied. Has also been constructing a training program for the advancement of knowledge and operational level and help to change the erroneous practices and how to deal with farm resides.
