Economical, energetical and environmental analysis in addition to technical analysis, are important methods of agricultural projects verification. Up to now, analytical assessment of energy issue in domestic production of various agriculture crops according to climate conditions, method of production and energy sources have not been recognized, therefore, it is necessary to undertake energy analysis as a supplementary method for decision making. On the other hand, greenhouse crops production, which has been developed in recent years, consume more energy due to out season production and demand of further inputs. Increase in energy consumption efficiency in greenhouse crops production is one of the most important and the most necessary agricultural researches. Any success in energy consumption efficiency increase, leads to efficient energy source use. This project has accomplished for energy indices studies in greenhouse cucumber production and compared different method of cucumber production in south of Kerman province. Then, energy resources used in different steps of crop production consist of motor, labor and input energy are determined and energy consumption is calculated knowing amount of inputs and energy intensity of each input. Firstly, all cucumber greenhouses in this area are studied and regarding structure and production method, metallic Quonset greenhouse with one layer of plastic has considered as common greenhouse in Jiroft and Kahnooj region among 30 cases are selected and regarding energy indices, have been analyzed. For this purpose, the parameters including: motor energy, labor energy, energy of fertilizers, pesticides, seed, irrigation, transportation, input energy, output energy, total yield are calculated and energy indices such as: energy ratio, net gain energy and energy productivity, are also computed. Statistical mean of parameters and indices in different steps of production are determined using excel software. Results indicated that, total consumed energy in greenhouse cucumber production in this region is 2057973MJ/ha, from which, about 85.1 %(1751829MJ/ha) consumed for heating purposes. Energy ratio, net gain energy and energy productivity are calculated 0.09, -1878276MJ/ha and 0.13Kg/MJ respectively. Average yield was 239.4ton/ha and output energy of 179697MJ/ha has been estimated
