As other specialities, also veterinary medicine developing, the following to scientific discoveries and technological progress. It inevitably leads to the break-up of the specialty sectors. These sectors are not only so-called ''large animals'' and ''small animals''. Today's conditions, veterinary education, which is limited to universities diploma receiving, often is too little to provide good quality veterinary treatment of the patient. Without doubt, each practised veterinarian continues their education after high school completion. The professional literature is the most widely used method of learning for many of us, in parallel, of course, training courses, etc. at social events. However, to understand the deep one of many modern sectors, there is a veterinary college system. In Europe most of these colleges were established 80s years. In America it happened early. To this day the European veterinary specialisation Council (European Board of veterinary specialisation) has recognized 23 different colleges. I have had the honour to pass through the Veterinary College neurology training program. To become a college resident, first of all, is to manage a foreign language, always the English language, because the available literature and communication with the college bodies are in English. The final exam is in English. Further, and perhaps the easiest, is to find free residential space. A college official offered on the internet pages. But it also ended on simple things. The first difficulty began when a program manager, have to convince that you are the best candidate. Usually for one free residential location there are dozens of candidates and discussions are usually several steps. Recommendations of recognized experts in the sector are very valuable. To meet college requirements, usually take at least 3 - 4 years or even more frequently.
