This study analyzes the effect of the increase in beef imports followed by the various free trade agreement in the future on the domestic beef industry. The domestic beef industry is adequately modeled to investigate the changes in revenue of the beef producers based on the multimarket partial equilibrium framework. The structural model is composed of the derive demand and derived supply functions at each different levels of the beef industry. This study finds that the domestic beef industry will bear the reduction of prices by -9.2% ~ -27.5% for the domestic beef price and by -3.1% ~ -9.4% for the Hanwoo slaughter cattle, depending on the increasing level of imports from 5% to 30%.
