The technological processes of production at the PKB Center for Reproduction and ET: semen collection, examination, dilution ,packaging, freezing, storage and distribution of bulls’ semen, and pointed out at some important elements for storage, handling and thawing of semen were presented in this paper. It has been observed that sometimes there are errors, which may result in decreased fertility in cows and heifers, ie. smaller number of pregnant animals than expected.
