The enactment of the Federal bill on the 1st of December 2007 № 315-FZ “About self-regular organizations” influence on the functioning, the further development and perfection of the credit cooperative system in Russia. The paper presents the conditions uniting determined type of business’s or professional activity subjects, meeting the Russian Federation legislation demands, adjusting the specified subjects activity, and the Russian Federation legislation about selfregulation organizations. A special place is given to the state control over the Russian Federation legislation about self-regulation organizations demands realization.
