Inglés. The aim of this study was to reduce microbial population of fresh squeezed orange juice by using various chemical and physical fruit surface decontamination methods. In the first step of the study, 90 fresh squeezed orange juice samples which were obtained from the certain sale points in Ankara market in different periods were examined.
