The present study investigated the effects of different storage times and temperatures on the microscopic and microbiologic characteristics of the feed materials, such as soybean meal and fish meal. Microbiological and microscopic changes were investigated in two types of feeds using a 2x2x2 factorial design: feedstuffs (soybean and fish meal), storage conditions (26oC and 37oC) and storage durations (30 and 60 days).

Yürütülen bu çalışmada, farklı depolama süresi ve sıcaklıklarının hayvan beslemede kullanılan soya küspesi ve balık ununun bazı özellikleri üzerindeki etkileri mikrobiyolojik ve mikroskopik yöntemlerle belirlenmiştir. Mikrobiyolojik ve mikroskopik değişiklikler 2x2x2 faktöryel deneme deseni kullanılarak iki farklı hammaddede incelenmiştir.
