The investigation was carried out in experimental apple orchard of the Institute of Agriculture, Kyustendil, during the period 2008 – 2011. Three scab resistant cultivars – Prima, Florina and Erwin Bauer grafted on the rootstock MM 106 were planted in 1996. The area of the orchard was 10 da. Three apple growing technologies - conventional, integrated and biological organic were examined. The purpose of this study was to establish the main diseases and pests of apple fruits in different apple growing systems. It was established that Monilinia fructigena caused the highest damage in comparison with all assessed fruit rot fungus. Economically important pests on apple fruits during period of investigation were apple moth and the San Jose scale SJS. The damages by apple moth Cydia pomonella were the highest in biological technology.
