Chemical, physical and biological mutagens may cause genetic mutations in mammal cells, lead to chromosome aberration and recombination. The main goal of the research appears the analysis of embryo-toxic, cytotoxic and genotoxic changes in bone marrow cells of mouse-like rodents during infection with Trichinella larvae after pregnancy beginning and evaluation of negative influence of Trichilella on post-natal development of progeny. The secretors-excretory products of trichcinells have embryoyoxic effect by the 14-th day of pregnancy of female mice, which is conditioned at infection of animals by 6-12 and 5,6 times increase of preimlantation and postimlantation death on migrate and intestinal stages of invasion. The invasion is accompanied by an increase of percent damaged of nucleus molecule DNA in 4,6 times in bone marrow cells; in 5,9 times in embryo cells and 9,9 times increase in the number of apoptotic cells. The decrease of offspring mass, weight of a body of newborn rats and increase of index of destruction offspring in the end of postnatal period from invasion of female rats is observed.
