In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analysed morphological, morphometric and functional peculiar features of microcirculatory bloodstream of submucous tissue of proventriculus of newborns calves with the different degree antenatal hypotrophy. High transfer capacity of microcirculatory channel vessels in hypotrophic calves with a high degree of antenatal hypoplasia was caused by transformation of true capillaries into capacitor (repository) vessels. Similar reorganization of capillaries arose in the conditions stagnant venous hyperemia, which was connected with infringement of blood outflow from organs and tissues. Hypoplasia of a capillary network and as a whole microcirculatory channel of newborns calves was revealed by centralization of blood stream in cells. Thus, the deeper hypoplasia caused the higher centralization of microcirculatory channels and lowered their tissue-trophic efficiency.
