Poultry husbandry in industrial scale faces many problems, the most important of which appears high level of infectious diseases of birds. Antibiotic application leads to immunity depression and declining production quality. Therefore, creation of safety technologies of the development of ecologically safety foodstuffs with the use of probiotic preparations based upon live microbial cultures appears a serious research direction. Bacillus Subtilis represents an important compound of exogenous flora of human beings and animals. Development of the perspective probiotic strains among natural bacteria Bacillus Subtilis appears the main goal of the research. Analysis of 63 strains of natural bacteria Bacillus Subtilis allows revealing of the strain perspective for probiotic drugs development (strain 7IA3). Investigated bacteria Bacillus Subtilis strain 7IA3 possesses antagonistic activity for relatively wide range of pathogenic bacteria and fungi, is characterized with high amylolytic activity (possesses proteolytic, cellulolytic and pectolytic activities), appears to be capable for effective growth in non-optimal temperature mode and maintained in acidic and alkaline media.
