In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of research into the activity of enzymes and concentration of metabolites in the plasma of blood of birds with associated vaccination against infectious bursal disease, infectious bronchitis and Newcastle disease on the background of application of immunostimulator sodium thyosulphate. The task of the study was to analyze the activity of enzymes and tracer concentrations of metabolites in the blood plasma of birds in case of administratuion of associated vaccination against infectious bursal disease (IBD), infectious bronchitis (CSI) and Newcastle disease (ND) during treatment with sodium thiosulfate immunostimulant (7% aqueous solution). The results obtained indicate that the inactivated associated vaccine CSI, IBB and BN rendered the inhibitory effect on the ability of protein synthesis system of liver and renal excretory function, which was accompanied by a significant attenuation of LDH, ALT and GGT, increase in the concentration of urea. The greatest changes in biochemical parameters were observed on the 3 to 7 days post vaccination. Sodium thiosulfate administered together with the vaccine reduced its reactogenic properties, which manifested in fewer vibrations of indicator enzyme activity, the concentration of uric acid, as well as in significant increase in the level of total protein compared to the control.
