The solution of a problem of organization of crop rotations or allocation of crops at cultivation plots in the conditions of radioactive contamination of the territory of agricultural enterprises could be carried out with the use of calculation-alternative and economic-mathematical methods. The first method engages the search the efficient direction of projecting by means of development of different variants and their analysis by the system of certain indexes. The disadvantage of the calculation-alternative method is the fact that, the variant which has appeared to be the best, not necessarily represents the optimum solution of a considered problem. Search of the optimum variant is possible only by means of an economic-mathematical method which essence consists in modelling the researched phenomena. The article presents economic-mathematical model of placement of crops in cultivation plots or crop rotation fields according to the degree of radioactive contamination of arable lands and under the condition of minimal content of radionuclides in final produce of plant growing. The given model helps to more fully consider radio-ecological factor while basing the system of crop rotations of agricultural companies in the conditions of radioactive contamination of territories.
