KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF ATLANTIC×LONGSHU NO.6 HYBIRD LINES AND THEIR PARENTS | 大西洋×陇薯6号杂种株系及亲本的染色体核型分析

Chino. 采用常规染色体制片技术对马铃薯品种大西洋×陇薯6号的3个杂种株系及其双亲的体细胞染色体核型进行了分析。结果显示：杂种株系24-5和24-6的核型与其父本陇薯6号一致,均为1A型;杂种株系27-7的核型与其母本大西洋一致,为1B型;株系24-5的核型公式为2n=4x=48=44m＋4sm,株系24-6、株系27-7和父本陇薯6号的核型公式均为2n=4x=48=48m,母本大西洋的核型公式为2n=4x=48=40m＋8sm;试验未观察到随体染色体。以遗传距离0.29为基准,将5个马铃薯材料分为2类：品种大西洋和株系27-7为一类,品种陇薯6号、株系24-5和24-6为另一类,株系27-7染色体的特征偏向其母本大西洋,而株系24-5和24-6的染色体特征偏向其父本陇薯6号。

The chromosome karyotypes of three hybrid lines of Atlantic × Longshu No.6 and their parents were analyzed using conventional squash method.The results showed that the karyotype of hybrid lines 24-5 and 24-6 was 1A type,the same as their male parent Longshu No.6.The karyotype of hybrid line 27-7 and its female parent Atlantic was 1B type.The karyotype formula of hybrid line 24-5 was 2n=4x =48=44m＋4sm,the karyotype formula of hybrid line 24-5,hybrid line 24-6 and their male parent Longshu No.6 was 2n=4x =48=48m,karyotype formula of female parent Atlantic was 2n=4x =48=40m＋8sm.The satellite chromosomes were not observed.Using genetic distance value of 0.29 as threshold,five tested materials could be clustered into 2 groups： group 1 included Atlantic and hybrid line 27-7;group 2 included Longshu No.6,hybrid line 24-5,hybrid line 24-6.The chromosome characteristics of hybrid line 27-7 tend to its female parent Atlantic,but hybrid lines 24-5 and 24-6 tend to their male parent Longshu No.6.
