Studies on the dairy farm wastewater treatment with bio-nest anaerobic reactor demonstration project | 生物巢厌氧反应器处理奶牛养殖废水效果研究

Chino. 为提高奶牛养殖场废水处理效果及处理效率,减少养殖场废水随意排放对周围环境造成的污染,本研究采用生物巢结构厌氧反应器的方法,研制出一种适合处理废水的快速高效生物巢厌氧反应器,对其进出水水质和处理效果进行监测和分析。结果表明:1)生物巢厌氧反应器示范工程对奶牛养殖废水处理效果好,对化学需氧量(COD)、生化需氧量(BOD)、氨氮(NHs―N)、总P(TP)和总固体悬浮物(TSS)的平均去除率分别为76.7%、76.9%、50.5%、39.6%和89.9%;2)生物巢厌氧反应器的水力停留时间(HRT)仅为15h,池容产气率高,最高达到1.635m3/(m3・d)。

In order to improve the wastewater treatment effect and processing efficiency of the dairy cow farm and reduce the surrounding environment pollution because of cow farm wastewater discharge, using the method of adding bio- nest material to the anaerobic reactor,a fast effective bio-nest anaerobic reactor was developed and the bio-nest anaerobic reactor demonstration project was constructed on dairy cow farm by Shandong Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences to research the effect of demonstration project on dairy cow farm wastewater treatment. Test results indicated from the following two aspects. 1)Dairy wastewater treatment effect of the bio-nest anaerobic reactor demonstration project is good with high efficiency,and the average removal rates of COD,BOD,NH3-N,TP and TSS are 76.7% ,76.9% ,50.5% ,39.6% and 89.9% respectively. 2) HRT is only 15 h, and the rate of anaerobic reactor volume gas is high, which can reach the highest rate of 1. 635 m3/(m3・d). This research has an important practical significance to improve the current dairy cow farm wastewater treatment efficiency and to reduce the processing engineering investment.
