Chino. 将系列浓度的赤霉素(GA3)和草甘膦混合喷施玉米幼苗,研究外源GA3对草甘膦喷施效果的影响。结果表明:10~50 mg.L-1GA3与草甘膦混用,比同剂量草甘膦单剂处理玉米幼苗叶色更黄、萎焉更严重,其中50 mg.L-1GA3对草甘膦增效幅度最强。草甘膦和50 mg.L-1GA3混用喷施后,玉米幼苗的株高、地上部鲜质量、叶片叶绿素含量均明显降低,叶片莽草酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加。

In this experiment,the effect of glyphosate on maize seedlings by mixed spraying of exogenous glyphosate and gibberellin A3 ( GA3 ) under different concentration gradient was studied. The results indicated that spraying with GA3 could make the leaf color more yellow and increase leaf wilting to some extent in the range of 10-50 mg.L-1 GA3 ,compared with using glyphosate alone. And the 50 mg-L-1 group showed the best effect. After foliar spray of mixture solutions of 50 mg.L-1 GA3 and glyphosate ,maize shoot fresh weight, plant height and chlorophyll content reduced greatly while shikimate acid content and MDA accumulation in leaves significantly increased,in comparison with the glyphosate treatment.
