Nutritional quality and genetic characteristics of eleven strawberry cultivars in Shandong Province | 山东境内11个草莓品种的品质及遗传特性分析

Chino. 对山东省境内栽培的11个草莓品种的质量指标(可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和硬度),营养指标(总酚、类黄酮、花青素、抗坏血酸、VE和抗氧化能力)和遗传多样性进行了测定与分析。研究表明:在11个草莓品种中,“红颊”草莓的营养品质表现最好,“鸡心”草莓的抗氧化能力最强。利用优化的RAPD-PCR反应体系,对11个供试草莓试验材料进行扩增,均得到了良好的扩增结果。

In order to select strawberry genetic resources with high application and research value, the quality parameters (soluble solid content, titratable acidity and firmness) and nutritional parameters (total phenols, total flavanoids, anthocyanins, vitamin C, vitamin E and antioxidant capacity), as well as genetic characteristics of 11 strawberry cultivars in Shandong Province were determined and analyzed. The results indicated that “Benihope” had the most satisfactory nutritional quality among 11 strawberry genotypes, and “Jixin” showed the best antioxidant capacity. All the 11 strawberry cultivars obtained good amplification spectrum with the RAPD-PCR optimization system.
