Effects of different soaking order and fertilizer addition on tomato seedlings with corn stalk fermentation substrate | 淋洗浸泡次序和肥料添加量对玉米秸秆发酵基质番茄育苗的影响

Chino. 以‘粉都女皇’为供试番茄品种,淋洗浸泡次序不同的2种玉米秸秆发酵基质分别与珍珠岩混配[V(玉米秸秆发酵基质):V(珍珠岩)=2:1]作为育苗基质,V(草炭): V(珍珠岩)=2:1为对照,进行育苗试验,研究了玉米秸秆发酵基质淋洗浸泡次序和肥料添加量对番茄育苗效果的影响。结果表明,玉米秸秆发酵基质采用2.2倍体积的水淋洗浸泡、粉碎后进行育苗,每50孔穴盘添加尿素5.0g,磷酸二氢钾7.0g,番茄幼苗生长较好,幼苗各形态指标及鲜重、干重指标与对照差异不显著,而玉米秸秆发酵基质粉碎后再进行淋洗浸泡的各肥料添加量处理均不如对照,经水淋洗浸泡后再粉碎的玉米秸秆发酵基质可以作为替代草炭的基质。

Using “Fendunvhuang” as test tomato variety and peat moss as the control substrate, the corn stalk fermentation substrate, soaked and crushed in different order, was used to grow tomato seedling mixed with perlite at the ratio of 2:1 by volume. The effects of different soaking order and fertilizer addition on tomato seedlings with corn stalk fermentation substrate were studied. The results showed that: the corn stalk fermentation substrate was crushed after being soaked by 2.2 times water in volume, mixed with perlite at the ratio of 2:1 by volume, and used as tomato seedling substrate. When adding urea 5.0 g and potassium dihydrogen phosphate 7.0 g to 50-cell plug trays, the tomato seed- lings performed well in all morphological parameters, and there were no significant differences in fresh and dry weight, compared with peat moss substrate. All the growth parameters of tomato seedling grown with corn stalk fermentation substrate soaked by 2.2 times water after being crushed were significantly smaller than those of the peat moss substrate.
